Our staff is carefully selected and trained to provide individualized care and attention. Caregivers promote the well-being of each resident through practice of familiar and comfortable daily routines. The Cottage team uses techniques which encourage and allow residents to maintain some skills and independence, as our goal is always to help a resident function at the highest level possible, for as long as possible.

Memory boxes reflect the rich life history of each resident. The memory boxes assist residents to recognize their apartment should they need assistance; and allow for more independence. Resident memory boxes also enable our staff to gain knowledge of resident likes and dislikes.

Cottage residents become part of an extended family of friends. Family members are always welcome to visit and enjoy relaxed time or activity events. Spring Arbor Cottage provides peace of mind for residents and their family members.
