Our goal is to meet residents exactly where they are, empowering them to pursue independence while fostering health, wellness, and achieving favorable results. Additionally, we prioritize the holistic integration of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care. Your journey with us starts with a comprehensive assessment of your health needs, preferences, and personal history. Based on this, we develop an Individualized Care Plan (ICP) tailored specifically to you. This plan is regularly reviewed and updated to reflect any changes in your requirements. Upon moving in, our dedicated team takes the time to understand your care preferences on a personal level. We provide assistance with personal care and support, including dressing, bathing, and medication management, tailored to your individual needs as outlined in your ICP. Our purpose is to empower our residents to live independently while enriching their days with meaning and fulfillment in a comfortable and engaging environment.

Whether recovering from surgery, illness, or in need of respite care, a short-term stay at Spring Arbor offers a supportive environment for seniors. Residents benefit from personalized assistance with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, while enjoying the comfort of a private or semi-private suite. The community provides nutritious meals, social activities, and 24-hour staff availability, ensuring safety and well-being. This stay allows individuals to regain strength and independence in a nurturing setting before returning home.
